Nature's grandest event !

So there's this thing that I have started to rediscover about nature. Its just beautiful whichever way we look at it. Only that we don't give it a really deep thought. As we grow up and move into adulthood we tend to stop thinking about things that used to bring us small joys when we were kids. Like for instance the sun rising in the horizon. Am sure the images that we conjure up when we think of the event are from our childhood when we did have a good look at it. Or otherwise just tell me when was the last sunrise that you have really watched and enjoyed. I can sense you are jogging your memory, but that's okay. Happens to all of us. Right so, lets see what we have in those dusty corners, shall we. Yes, I want us to go back to the same images. I want us to go back to our childhood and enjoy those beautiful moments. Let's try together !

I need not tell that the event itself begins on the horizon. And am pretty sure that we all know that. So waiting on the calm seashore or on the small hillock that we all climbed or the tallest tree that we scraped our knee on to get to the top, we did want the best view available right. Perched pretty in our positions the wait was for the biggest and grandest event that the nature could offer and boy what a wait it was.

As the the night starts to melt away in the dawn, suddenly the theatre opens to a panoramic view of the world around. We start to notice the deep crimson borders that appear over the far horizon and a soft illumination below. Doesn't our soul go a wow and our hearts skip a beat when we see that there are more colors appearing below the now crimson turning into mild red and into hues of dark orange. It's like someone painting the sky with a brush that's like magic. Its like nature trying to tell you that 'hey I have got more colors up my sleeve that you ever thought of'. Well before you can get your thoughts around what might appear next on the canvas, you see a streak of blue and violet and wonder whether that's the sky. Wait says the forces that pan out the spectacle when you notice that a small red dot appear in all of the blush of colours. Yeah, this is the moment you have been waiting for right. And then your eyes grow wide as you want to take in all the visuals of the drama unfolding in front of you. As you think for a moment how wonderful it all is, the red dot has now grown into a small ball of deep orange and starting to turn into bright yellow with the edges burning away into a riot of colors that you now cannot comprehend. It furiously rises above the horizon lighting up the sky in one bright morning. Aren't those the most beautiful 20 mins that you have witnessed ! And then as you pause to think whether you missed any moment. You are sure that you din't with your eyes wide open, but then are you really sure? With these thoughts still lingering, you get down from your perched place.  You promise yourself to come back again to watch what you missed. And then you do go back again on the next day. Your soul skips a beat again when the sweeping event unfolds and then you are pretty sure this time you took in all that was at display. But then did you really do it??

That's the magic of nature ain't it. Nature is indeed grand, colourful and beautiful....all you need is to discard your goggles and look at it for what it is !!
